Seminary Ridge Museum and Education Center - Summer Symposium

Join us as we examine the Gettysburg reunions that veterans of both armies attended in 1869, 1888, 1913, and 1938, and the centennial commemoration in 1963. Explore how these gatherings shaped post-war reconciliation, memorialization, and collective memory in American history. This event will uncover the complex narratives of reunion and remembrance that continue to resonate today.
